The fabric texture presents a 3 1 right twill structure, which enhances wear resistance and retains the rough texture of traditional workwear. The triple washing process includes enzyme washing + pumice grinding + ozone fading. The first round of enzyme washing softens the fiber to avoid excessive damage to the fabric. Pumice grinding: focus on stress-bearing parts such as knees and trouser legs to simulate natural fading after long-term wear. Ozone spray: local bleaching, forming a gradient faded shadow at the splicing seams. Patch shadow technology: the preset patch area is temporarily fixed with hot melt glue first, and then torn off after washing.
