Using spinning to make high-density plain weave process, the weight after washing is 260 grams, the hand feel is delicate and soft, and the singeing dust removal process is used. The cross-drawn ribbing is dyed in the same vat to ensure that it will not deform.
The printing place first scans the pattern and then manually modifies the details, and the color of the board is adjusted repeatedly to keep consistent. The elliptical machine direct printing process is used. Imported bursting paddles are used. After printing, special washing paddle materials are used to make nostalgic treatment on the board position. Washing and soft treatment, no deformation or shrinkage after washing.
There are as many as 104 wears on the whole piece, all of which are manually worn on the board points. The holes on the shoulders are dug with 5 blades, and the left and right sides are manually cut. It is comfortable to wear, soft and sweat-absorbent.
