Bbr New Early Fall Zippered Hooded Jacket with Fish-Scale Pattern. Made from 100% 32-count cotton, 400g hooded sweatshirt fabric, the jacket features a 10% cotton, fish-scale patterned base. The fabric undergoes a high-temperature wash, resulting in a shrink-resistant, softer finish. The black is a custom-dyed, reactive, eco-friendly black, a darker shade than regular black, with a more premium, bluish-black hue. The blue is also a reactive dyed, haze-blue. The print is an eco-friendly, breathable adhesive. While seemingly simple, it requires six manual registration passes to achieve the desired depth. The cuffs, shoulders, and gussets are all sewn with a single stitch on the front, creating two stitches on the back. The cuff ribs and front pocket corners are reinforced with a tacking machine. The zipper on the lining is also taped, a process often omitted to save cost.
