Unlike the older jackets, the new twill check wear is calculated per piece. To ensure alignment, all pieces are hand-cut, each one individually, resulting in a high labor cost, all while maintaining a perfect reproduction of the original. The hood cord is custom-made with rubber, and the cord hardware is individually molded. The hem and cuff hardware are also custom-made. The finished garment features 19 stitching throughout. These subtle details set it apart from other off-the-shelf designs that don't align properly. The main body, sleeves, shoulder seams, and collar and cuffs are aligned, ensuring the fabric is not excessively skewed. Adjusting the seams at the car seat ensures perfect alignment. The fabric is breathable and absorbent, and the polyester fabric is abrasion-resistant and easy to care for. It features a drawstring hood and a casual fit with no noticeable waist or expansion.
