The checkered fabric is 100% coarse cotton with a high yarn count and a thick feel. It features 1x1 pure cotton ribbed fabric. The ribbed fabric is dyed to match the body color. The checkered fabric in the hood is quilted, not a single layer! The checkered spacing and colors are customized 1:1 to the original. Each hood is identical, with symmetrical stripes on all sides. This required exceptional tailoring skills, time-consuming, labor-intensive, and material-intensive. The flannel material is a special material for this year.
