Dior Pre-Fall 2025 Hoodie: A Timeless Dialogue Between the Oblique Pattern and Eastern Aesthetics. Design Narrative: When Parisian Classics Meet Kyoto Zen. This hooded jacket is a cultural ode to the Dior Pre-Fall 2025 collection. One side features the iconic Oblique pattern, designed by Marc Bohan in 1967, rendered in three dimensions using a 7-needle jacquard technique in a 500g high-count wool blend. The other side features a minimalist deep navy blue, alluding to the Japanese wabi-sabi aesthetic of white space. Designer Maria Grazia Chiuri infuses the brand's 70-year connection to Japan into her tailoring. The hooded silhouette references the wide sleeves of a kimono. At the launch at Kyoto's Toji Temple, a model walked through a shower of cherry blossoms, creating a poetic visual symbol of the season.
