To differentiate from small workshops' hand-filled down, we use McGs machines for filling, ensuring the amount of down filling for each piece, the loft of the down, and a 900-density double-layer down lining with an anti-down-shifting coating to maintain the down's shape and prevent shifting after dry cleaning. The inner lining is 900 density with an anti-fleece coating. Original Velcro closures are used on the cuffs and collar for durability.
