Custom-made twill houndstooth fabric is made of high-count double-strand Egyptian cotton and a trace amount of mulberry silk. It is woven on a rapier loom with a density of 28 needles per centimeter to ensure that the diagonal lines of the check are clear and without smudging.
The checkering process strictly follows the principle of three-line alignment when cutting the shoulder line, placket, and armhole. The material consumption of a single piece is 1.8 times that of an ordinary shirt, achieving seamless connection of the checkerboard on the front chest, back, and sleeves.
Indian buffalo horn slices are used, and two-color gradient groove patterns are carved by CNC. The outer layer retains the original amber color, and the inner layer is dyed black. A single button needs to be hand-polished for 8 hours.
