The fabric was difficult to source, and the dyeing process took half a month. Sleeves: Made with imported Australian calfskin, processed, shaped, dyed, and washed to retain the original grain structure; thick, full, and rounded. Towel Embroidery: Used on a Tajima embroidery machine; the stitch count is identical to the original, avoiding the overlapping lettering found in smaller factories. Ribbing: Made with custom-dyed and woven cotton yarn on a coarse knitting machine; pill-resistant, skin-friendly, and with a three-dimensional feel.
