Original 25, purchased and developed, made from custom polyester fabric with excellent wrinkle resistance, shape retention, and technological windproof and waterproof properties. Knitted on warp and weft spinning machines, the full-width Damier Monogram pattern is processed using image software. A computer-controlled system then applies the printed ink directly to the fabric through the inkjet printer's nozzles, creating a seamless integration into the fabric fibers. Printing positioning and semi-finished products, including front and back prints, are highly material-intensive, requiring alignment and cutting, infrared laser alignment, manual hand-alignment, and laser-aligned cutting throughout for accurate grid and pattern alignment. Zippers, bells, chains, and other hardware are custom molded and customized.
