Fabric selection:
Made of lightweight velvet cotton fabric, high-density cotton fiber is used to achieve internal and external differentiation in a single-layer fabric. The outer plain weave is compact and wear-resistant, and the inner layer is formed into a short and dense velvet surface through a sanding process. The dense plain weave structure is wind-resistant and splash-resistant, the sanded velvet surface is skin-friendly, and the short velvet is treated with static elimination to avoid adhesion to the skin. A very small amount of grooved polyester moisture-conducting yarn is embedded in the cotton fiber, which quickly guides sweat from the inner velvet surface to the outer layer for evaporation through the capillary effect, solving the problem of velvet being easy to get stuffy.
Velvet foaming printing process:
Using polyurethane foaming slurry containing thermal expansion microcapsules, the pattern area is expanded through high-temperature hot pressing at 150 degrees to form a three-dimensional raised structure with a thickness of about 0.6mm. The surface is electrostatically flocked and covered with cotton short velvet to form a velvety touch. At the same time, the concentration of the foaming agent and the heating time are adjusted to achieve thickness differences in different areas of the pattern and enhance the visual level.
