Fendi, coral flower print short-sleeved T-shirt
Fabric selection:
is woven with high-count long-staple cotton, with a warp and weft density of up to 1,000 inches. The fabric is tight and flat, and feels smooth like silk. The high-density structure enhances the durability of the fabric, is not easy to pilling and deform, and has good wrinkle resistance. Cotton fiber has natural skin-friendliness, breathability and moisture absorption, and is soft and non-irritating.
Process 1:
The coral flower pattern is presented on the fabric through glue printing. The scraper pressure is uniform. The chest patch pocket piece is scraped 30 times by the printer to ensure that the printing thickness presents a micro-three-dimensional raised structure, and the glue is fully penetrated and covered. The back piece printing is relatively thin after 7 scrapings, but it does not hinder its beauty and firmness. Finally, after high-temperature curing, the pigment is firmly combined with the cotton fiber, and the ink absorption and penetration characteristics of the cotton fiber make the pattern not easy to fall off due to friction.
Process 2:
The fabric is evenly humidified by steam, squeezed with heated rollers and elastic rubber blankets to force the fibers to shrink, and finally cooled by cold air to fix the shape. After treatment, the shrinkage rate is controlled within 3%.
Size: S-Xl
