Acne Studio* 26Ss 1981 Distressed Dirty Jeans DDD Fabric: Custom organic cotton twill 14oz, specially developed for Acne. Made with a blend of long-staple cotton and 2% elastane to ensure crispness and moderate stretch, suitable for a relaxed fit. The fabric is pre-shrinked to prevent deformation and then softened with cellulase washing to enhance its skin-friendliness. DDD Washing process: Uses mud-dye + heavy washing for the distressed texture. Mud-dyeing uses natural yellow mud or specially formulated pigments, applied to the denim fabric through immersion or hand application to create this mottled, distressed texture. The addition of a spray gun technique for localized oil stains simulates the look of natural wear and tear. DDD Before dyeing, the denim fabric is first bleached with an enzyme wash to soften the base color. A heavy wash then further softens the fabric and makes the mud-dye colors more natural. DDD Hand-distressed details, combined with hand-rubbed coloring and localized distressing techniques, enhance the vintage look, giving each pair of jeans a unique texture. DDD The main button is matte nickel-plated and engraved with the Acne logo. An anti-slip resin pad is embedded inside to prevent it from falling off.
