Miumiu small embroidered crew neck base shirt in navy blue. Fabric: 26s combed cotton plain weave, 160g, true to the original, lightweight fabric. Rib: 21s combed cotton 1x1 worsted rib, 260g.
Exclusively custom-woven and dyed combed cotton fabric, 100% cotton, offers a soft, delicate, and comfortable hand, and is breathable and identical to the original.
The yarn was dyed and knitted using the original coloring process for nearly a month. As we all know, navy blue is a very difficult color to dye, and we repeated the coloring over four times to achieve a close match to the original.
Embroidery Technique:
Embroidery Machine: We use a multi-head embroidery machine imported from Japan, "Behringer," for a more detailed and beautiful embroidery.
Embroidery Sewing Thread:
exclusively sources imported "Coats" thread, an internationally renowned brand and a leading manufacturer of sewing thread. The embroidery thread used in this piece is several dozen times more expensive than regular domestic embroidery thread, making it quite expensive! While a single grain of regular embroidery thread costs RMB 10, a single grain of British "Coats" thread can cost as much as RMB 10.
100% reproduces the ZP embroidery process, utilizing imported Behringer multi-head embroidery machines. We scan and develop embroidery patterns at the same scale as the original. The embroidery of large-volume logos, shapes, and details is 99% identical to the original. The "slit" design on each side of the
long-sleeve hem is identical to the original pattern. All sewing techniques throughout the entire piece are identical to the original. The
hem is sewn with 0.2mm double-thread "narrow gauge" stitching, consistent with the original process. This requires a special machine. Regular models are typically sewn with a 0.5mm stitch length. We also offer exclusive custom-made three-label trims. The back collar label is hand-sewn with only two stitches, which is time-consuming and troublesome. Most commercial versions use a flat-bed sewing machine to sew the logo, which features two distinct long lines. We've developed an NFC recognition chip based on the original design, allowing users to identify and navigate to the Google Play store. We've also packed our details! Available in sizes S-XL, we ship the next day with all three labels.
