) Unlike ordinary ready-made fabrics, we intervened from the yarn stage, developing a weaving solution specifically for this jacket. The fabric uses high-count combed cotton yarn, and by adjusting the loom parameters, we created a unique fleece fabric with a higher density, a richer and more even fleece feel, and a tighter structure. Its weight is precisely 380g, a calculated perfect balance that ensures the jacket's crisp silhouette and drape while avoiding the bulkiness and stuffiness of excessive weight, making it ideal for the transition from spring to summer. Based on Acne's signature low-saturation hues, multiple color calibration and washing tests were conducted to ensure accurate color. Imported environmentally friendly reactive dyes were used, treated with a special washing process, resulting in high colorfastness and a subtle distressed vintage tone, rather than a harsh new look.
