Gen 2 Windproof and Warm Hooded Jacket for Men. This Arc'teryx Military Edition, Guide-Grade Windproof Softshell Jacket fills the gap in Arc'teryx's mid-weight padded jackets. This
is a hooded version of the Arc'teryx Cold series jacket, offering full windproofing, excellent warmth, and lightweight comfort. It's typically worn as a jacket, under a midlayer, or as a baselayer. Made from the renowned Windstopper fabric, the N40p fabric offers a softness between that of the older Gossamera and Fusion Ws models. Therefore, it can be used as both a jacket and a midlayer under a hardshell jacket.

1 : The outer Windstopper fabric is fully windproof and offers some repellency to water, dew, and snow, offering a balanced balance of softness and durability. The filling material Coreloft has an excellent warmth-to-weight ratio and thermal insulation efficiency, and is easily compressible. It is very water-repellent.
2: The vertical design of the internal waist tightening zipper can effectively prevent hooking and abrasion on the tactical belt.
3: The three-dimensional tailoring of the shoulders and elbows has excellent mobility and does not affect various tactical movements.
