process: Printing is absolutely the most important factor in distinguishing high-quality versions. Five layers of plastisol are required. The first layer must be an imported base plastisol to fill even the smallest seams in the fabric. It's then dried on a high-temperature bed before the color is applied. Many lower-quality versions skip the base plastisol, resulting in uneven edges. We use heat-curing flatbed printing with five layers, each layer spaced 30 minutes apart, to ensure the finished product retains the original texture. This meticulous attention to detail is the result of comparing it to any other product on the market.
