The rhinestone positions are all replicated from the original design. A single-size, single-number rhinestone template is created by hand, using two specifications: 4-line and 2-line imitation Austrian rhinestones. The hot-fix rhinestone design is created by hand and applied with a film. The patches are then placed by hand, with all four corners aligned with the embroidered black thread inside. A constant-temperature, constant-time automated hot-pressing process ensures water resistance and durability. The finished patch features a hand-cranked embroidered patch on the front panel, and the left and right panels are joined using a replicated floral design.
