A special jacquard flocking process adds a checkerboard pattern and letter logo to the originally dyed nylon fabric. Positioning and cutting are used to align the checkerboard logo; each size has its own pattern for left-right alignment according to access control. Multiple pieces are stitched together, combining full-flocked technical fabric with jacquard flocked checkerboard fabric, resulting in a high scrap rate.
