. Originally purchased for 27,100, this jacket is custom-made from 75% wool and 25% polyester. Wool, primarily composed of wool, imparts numerous excellent properties to the fabric. It offers excellent warmth retention due to the numerous air spaces within the fibers, which effectively prevent heat loss. Wool also possesses excellent elasticity, returning to its original shape after compression, making the fabric less prone to wrinkling and warping. Process 1: Advanced laser burnout technology is used on the fabric. The designed pattern data is transmitted to a CNC system. The material to be processed is placed on the laser worktable. The laser head precisely adjusts the laser beam's focal length, concentrating the laser energy at a specific depth in the material to achieve the desired burnout effect.
