It is extremely lightweight yet boasts excellent abrasion and tear resistance, making it resistant to snagging or tearing. The surface undergoes a special treatment, providing good windproof and some water-repellent properties, handling light rain and accidental splashes during city commutes. The high-density nylon fabric has a smooth feel and just the right amount of sheen, avoiding the plasticky feel of cheap nylon. The filling uses a feather blend; to achieve a "lightweight" yet warm effect, the filling is a mixture of white duck down and feathers. 90% down, 10% feathers.
