This pair of pants is not real jeans. The denim twill and washed ink splashes on the surface are all printed to make it look very realistic. The pants are made of pure cotton off-white pique and then printed with seasonal optical illusion "keychain" prints. Inkjet pigments and dirty mineral tones are used. Computer typesetting uses laser cutting to efficiently and accurately separate each piece. Later, it is manually ironed, cut and sewn. The waist and pants pattern data are synchronized and restored. The overall pattern fits the Asian body shape better than the previous baggy. The foot circumference is just right but not easy to step on the heels. 3D cold transfer printing technology is used. The denim fabric has the same texture and feel as traditional denim. The 3D printing technology is used to restore the original color saturation, accurately control the thickness and texture of the denim fabric, and use advanced 3D printers to print the denim fabric layer by layer until the entire component is completed. Each piece is separated efficiently and accurately through computer typesetting and laser cutting. After ironing, cutting, sewing and other processes, the parts are assembled into a complete denim item. The whole pair of pants is cut and then accurately printed and sewn on each side. Every place is accurate to the millimeter level. It is a milestone product.
