Balenciaga 23Ss masking tape printed short-sleeve top is made from 32S 1*2 fine cotton double yarn plain weave (230g), paired with 32S and 70D 95 fine cotton and 5% spandex double yarn ribbing. Utilizing a blending process, the combed cotton fabric is woven to create an exceptionally soft feel. This lightweight and breathable worsted cotton fabric offers a strong cottony feel, excellent breathability and moisture wicking properties, and is wrinkle-resistant and requires minimal care. The ribbing utilizes a high-end 32-gauge weave and 70D ultra-fine stretch seams for a near-perfect fit. The tape-inspired lettering is digitally printed, creating a tape-inspired patchwork pattern, showcasing meticulous attention to detail. A white reinforcing adhesive is applied to the base layer, and penetration technology enhances the print's performance. Imported digital direct-printing equipment utilizes an environmentally friendly drying process, resulting in exquisite printing in a single step. The back-end lettering adhesive printing process utilizes an extremely fine mesh material to create a film screen, adjusted to the original details. Imported environmentally friendly adhesive is used in a penetration process. The printing screen undergoes technical treatment to enhance its strength while allowing the slurry to penetrate the patterned areas of the fabric, resulting in strong permeability and clear, visible fabric textures. After printing, the garments undergo a sand-frying aging process, while the printed fabrics undergo a color-frying process. The garments are then dyed using a new environmentally friendly process, followed by washing and aging. The fabric is then dyed using a stone mill, where the garments are continuously immersed in the dye and tumbled, resulting in a certain amount of white at the edges of the dyed fabric. The fabric has a slight whitish tint after sand-frying, and detailed frayed details throughout, altering the original fabric color to create a nostalgic palette of light and dark. The oversized, loose silhouette features a basic round neckline and dropped shoulders. The fabric is knitted with vertical ribbed weaves from top to bottom. Ribbed hems at the neckline, cuffs, and hem provide windproof protection. The sleeves are longer than a typical sweater, highlighting the detail.
