Using a parallel, even-speed knitting pattern based on the original single-sided, partial-net weave, each piece takes 270 minutes to knit. Sixteen spits alternate back and forth, knitting the front weave alone for a whopping 6,352 rows. Freshly knitted pieces are prone to numerous knots, requiring hand-picking, knot inspection, and spot checks before sewing, washing, and hand-attaching of the original main label and care label, down to the label height and stitching.
