Fabric selection:
Select cotton blended woven fabric with 76% high cotton content + 24% polyester fiber. The high cotton content ensures the softness, skin-friendly and good breathability of the fabric. The addition of a small amount of polyester fiber balances the wrinkle resistance and elasticity of the overall fabric, greatly reducing its shrinkage. After pre-shrinkage treatment, the size change during washing can be ignored. The fusion of the two makes the fabric combine the characteristics of wrinkle resistance, quick drying, and easy care while maintaining a good wearing experience and strong breathability.
Bubble wrinkle process:
The ground warp + bubble warp are independently fed, and the bubble warp feeding speed is about 20% higher than the ground warp feeding speed. During weaving, the bubble warp is relaxed and accumulated to form a naturally arched bubble unit. Through the alternating arrangement of yarns + the change of floating length organization, a clear plaid frame is constructed between the bubble units, and finally the bubble three-dimensional sense and plaid outline are locked through high-temperature heat setting.
