This Lv dark wrinkle monogram shirt is made of a polyester-cotton blend jacquard fabric. The warp yarn is 20D polyester superfine yarn, which is pulled onto the upper shaft to form the jacquard head. The fabric is woven on a special high-speed rapier jacquard loom. The weft yarn is a special yarn twisted from cotton and low-stretch yarn. The wrinkle and three-dimensional effect of the fabric after weaving into the fabric depends on the twist control of the weft yarn. After a year of development and multiple pattern making and scrapping of over 400 kilograms of yarn, technical difficulties were finally overcome and the final twist data was tested.
